stop allowing the transferring of flags. if everyone had to collect their own flags this would make it much harder for the cheat ring to keep blocking other players from ever having a chance to win the tournament

Sadly I don't think Admin will take any notice and I very much doubt they will pass it on to the Developer.
*It's a joke. The large numbers of players that appear for the Flag Tournament is evidence in itself that fake account are being used. Just look at the camps in 41-14 to see how they arrange camps close to a city to exchange flags.
