New hero quest

So i found out since they opened up the hero's sooner that there is a quest that come with it. I found out from a clan member that once you hit 2 star rank you get the quest to recruit a hero with a nice reward for finishing it but i never got the quest is it because i have 3 stars. If that's the case that not fair at all to all the 3 stars on the sever we could not get the hero till we hit 5 stars anyways before they change it so why are we left out of this quest just because we got 3 stars and not 2 really not fair at all.

Well it`s really true that one can get the quest only if being a 2 stars player. However keep in mind that none of the quests are obligatory. You don`t need to get / accomplish each quest.
