It would be nice to be able to buy all levels of artifact sets from the trader.
Currently we are able to buy only Level 4-5 sets.
Most cannot afford to buy them as it is and i doubt many have ever on all servers.
But i know for myself i would consider buying a couple of the smaller sets.
Thoughts?

Nope I would not buy anything where cheaters are protected as here.
I think that this is pointless (to buy), but if you would do it I do not see reason not to have them (they will earn money), but honestly I think this game is abandoned by developer.
