Available for premium Owners only? What is it?

After explored a lot, the central circle say that "available for premium owners only"; what is that?

It is a button that goes straight to the explorer report of the domain tile. Otherwise you have to go into your messages and find the report that was sent with its coordinates, go into it, and press View Report.

It is a convenience tool.
