Hi, please rethink your question because it makes no sense.
Slaves and peasants are used like resource - for building, producing army and special characters..

To destroy enemy tower, the tower must be build in outer domain - pit, salt lake..
To destroy or harm you need to do it with your army, and there is no formula known.
You may do nothing, may harm , may destroy, the bigger the army the best.

If you attack castles you cant destroy towers, but with healers and mages you can decrease your losses.

Bring mages along with your army to negate a tower's damage.
Then to indirectly combat a tower are healers who can revive units that die from the damage dealt by the tower.
