How do you check what level you are? The only reason I am playing this 'game' is because I want points in a different one.
Once I get level 5 I can finally leave and go back to my game.

Bring your mouse pointer to your city on the kingdom map. The number of stars you see on the top of the hint box is your level.
Or you can push the "Rating" button (top left part of the screen). You will see a table with your name highlighted. There is "Esquire" written in the rank column. That means level 1. Level 5 is Suzerain. You need to collect 650000000 rank points to reach that level. Currently, you have 1035687.
