i need to know that if i hire a warrior as my hero and max its forgive renegade skill, then will i get positive faction rating after attacking a player of my own faction?

No but you won't lose any faction points.

You will not. It only forgives the penalty.

However, if you attack a Renegade player ( regardless of whether not you have a Warrior Class hero with Forgive Renegade skill ), you will GAIN faction rating from attacking this player even if they are on your faction.
In other words, you can gain faction rating from attacking the opposing faction as well as attacking Renegades.
