level?

In rating.
Or if you turn on Kingdom Map and hover your cursor over the city - that shows your lvl too.
Number of stars shows your level. You can have max 5 :)
If I don't answer on your question it means that I don't understand it.
So either my English isn't that good either question doesn't make sense.
