becoming mentor

i would like to know what is needed to unlock this quest ?

i tough it was needed to become suzerain but it seem to be needing something else because i don't have it.

sent a message to admin in game told me i missing something.

i remember that you need to pay some BG (around 100 but not sure) and then mentor button will be activated

yes , but that is when you already have the quest

but i can't get it to appear :/

asked a lot of people , nobody seem to know what make it appear

there is a quest about destroying 40 ruins (level 5) maybe it need to complete that
(if you did it already, its maybe beacuse of kind a fault and it should be fixed by game devs)
