There was a small, beautiful elven kingdom on the outer rim of a world called my lands. It was peace full, prosperative ,and safe,at least their king Bahaer tought so .He had three sons, Balion, Bandelan and the youngest ,Bahelias. Bahelias was still a young teen boy, and already known for his great love towards nature and hunting skills. Hes brothers gave him a nick name catfish,the elven fish-prince, for his abillity to hunt even fishes from deap water using bow and spear. But it did not mean he was not skilled with a blade, just were not his favourite. One morning, after he spend whole night sleeping in a forest, pulled of away by wounded dear he shot with the last light of the day, after refreshing in a local creek, he saw black smoke coming from his kingdoms direction. He ran fastest he could, but he was not fast enough…
He found only destruction, fire and death. There was nothing left he tought first, but after he came too him self from shock of what he found , he started looking for survivors. His father , and both brothers were slaughtered defending the last stand in the kingdom...his hart grow to stone, and his mind set only on one thing...He found small group of survivors, women children and a pack of soldiers. They told him that a great monster army came from nowhere, without warning, and before it started it was finished, the kingdom was gone. They spoke of monsters, during slaughter,screaming the name of arch monster war lord which was leading the attack, Gaulor, and even of seeing the monster, with pale red flaming eyes under his battle helmet..
So he gathered what was left, worth taking, and left that sad place, in search for better, safer, place to live, and grow stronger, strong enough to find the one that took all he loved from him. The journey was not easy, and it led them over mountains, desserts,and all kinds of terrain,some better, some not so. They met many other wondering parties like them selves,with some they shared a meal, with some they fought, but Bahelias with his heart of stone never backed up. On that journey he made an most unexpected friend, young demon lord Man, who he fought hard when they met. They fought for hours, without even a scratch on the fighters, until they fell on their knees , not strong enough to stand any more. After that they fought, bleed,together until the demon lord found his new home. Soon after Bahelias and his company found beautiful, free magic elven woods, where he settled with his company. The land was rich, so Bahelias kingdom started growing, his alchemists explored magical runes, cristals, weapons…but his neighbours also tested his power from the start...
His armies got bigger, stronger...his people were happy and word of happiness travels fast, so the monsters came, but this time he was prepared...army after army slaughtered,but not the ones he was waiting for..So he realized that waiting for it wont be enough, and hired explorers to start looking for that one arch monster war lord,he knew that no gold or pearls wont melt that stone heart, and forever is a long time to have a heart of stone…
After many more victories, and with army big enough to kill any monster hero, he started slaughtering one monster hero after another, looking for any trace of Gaulor, but not a word..
One morning, with birds singing on branches by the window, and army just back from successful party, another monster hero dead, a young explorer all fired up almost crashed the door to kings chambers, with words of a arch monster settlement found in some forgotten old evil forest .Was not a big one, probably without warlord around , but maybe the prisoners will have some god news... Since he know that his friend , demon lord Man , had a similar faith to his own, that his family was also slaughtered by arch monster warlord, he sent his hunting hawk with a message to gather his army and come to Bahelias kingdom , so they together get a little revenge and maybe some clues...Demon lords response was quick, he came soon after kings hunting hawk. He brought his demon army with him, and next morning two armies will march together with only one goal...search and kill everything in their path with arch monster mark on..and they will fight without mercy..
But first two friends set together to share a vine cup and make a battle plan for annihilating faul beasts.They spoke of battles they fought since they last saw each other, riches and wonders they found during years, knowledge of monster habits they learned. And had fun, because no battle is a secure victory,and every next one can be their last...
In the first daylight, both armies were quietly formed from southeast and northeast toward to monster settlement , so the sunlight gives advantage to the attackers. The attack started quietly, monster quards fell under arrows without a sound and the first sound to be heard were Bahelias and Mans swords cutting down first surprised orcs, an leading their armies into monsters castle, slaying row after row of orcs, goblins and other gods mistakes , until there were only few left...cornered, and with chance of capture , the beasts raise hands on each other and killed theme selves just not to be captured...both rulers could not believe it, that behavior they never seen in any other normal monster castle...hard lesson it was...
And the battle was won , no doubt, great riches were taken from arch warlord, but no prisoners spoke..so the party started, singing , dancing, but Bahelias soon left for his chambers, and set alone, looking at starlight moon, with hearth of stone, until he finds the one...
