resign spel

something what i not find in Encyclopedia what will hepen if you resign skill on hero
pay 1000 BG to resign

you pay and you cane use another skill if you want
if you have healer and want defuser you cane use and you cane use all spell

You can change 2nd and 3rd skill branches only, the first one will stay as is.

It will allow you to reassign the points within the skill branch as well as change the 2nd and 3rd tiers.
