A few weeks ago, more like a lifetime ago, was any normal day in Fae Realm. Explorers-elves were scouting the area around the kingdom. It was a quiet evening when one came upon a mysterious place he had never seen before. He had heard of rare ancient monster hideouts where orcs, gargoyles, witches and spirits dwell, guarding great treasures and riches. But thought they were just made up by other explorers.

Gasping for breath, he rushed into Fae's throne room, "Legendary arch-ruin has been found, your Majesty!"
With butterflies in her stomach, Fae sent messengers to neighbor kingdoms hoping to get assistance from ally rulers. Time went by, but there was no word of reinforcements...
Then Fae summoned Ivy, a brave elven warrior, who always fought valiantly to rid their kingdoms from monster invasion, and knew ancient powerful spells to weaken enemies.
"Have you called for me, my Queen?" Ivy asked.
"Yes, I have," Fae said. "Explorers discovered an ancient monster in abandoned ruins nearby. It is a very rare creature that holds a powerful magic and can summon horde of beasts. I wish for you to travel there, slay evil forces, chase them away from our lands!"
"Consider it done, my Queen," Ivy said.
Ivy quickly gathered an army. Lines of dwarfs, centaurs, archers, and fairies with healing powers were formed, and headed the monster's way.

Ivy looked at the tiny army that was left... The enemy had far superior numbers now, this was going to be a very difficult battle.
"We won't turn back," she said. "Arch-ruins are extremely rare. And the glory of killing this one is ours! The enemy outnumbers us greatly, but we will stand and fight, they are no match to us! Everyone, with me! To Victory!"
They rushed forward, weapons drawn, swords, spears and bows all ready to defeat monsters.
As they walked closer to abandoned ruins, the sky got even darker, the air felt heavy, the silence hummed loudly.
Then a rumbling came, quiet at first, but steadily growing louder. Hordes of orcs, gargoyles, golems, fire spirits, witches appeared, roaring, eyes burning with hatred and malevolence.
"Archers, ready arrows!"
"Fire!" Ivy screamed when the enemy came in range.
Sky lightened up in flames. Thousands of arrows rained down upon the enemy front lines. Archers reloaded and fired again.
Juggernaut Fibrimef appeared on the battlefield. Using his evil magic, he stopped the arrows and shot them back at the elves, and summoned new hordes of monsters.

A hordes of orcs, golems and poisonous needlesaurs began to crash through the lines of dwarfs and centaurs. Gargoyles and fire spirits surrounded what was left of Fae Realm army. There was no time for fear.
Fae Realm forces fought back, slashing with swords, piercing with spears, sending monsters back to darkness. Until they began to retreat, fleeing the ruins, hoping to gather more forces and return to revenge one day.

"Victory is ours!" was shouted everywhere. "We have victory!"
Inside the ruins there was a treasure worth more than anyone could imagine. Rare magic spell, thousands of gold coins and black gems. Dwarfs gathered all valuables, and the army headed back home.

Explorer was promoted to Chief Explorer, and rewarded with a gorgeous unicorn, who had beautiful flowing mane and tail, and was swift as the wind.
Ivy was hailed a mighty hero of Fae Realm, and elves, fairies and dwarfs sang ballads and songs about her great adventures.
And so they lived happily ever after!
