How do you apply rune your artifact ?

what are the recipes for applying rune to artifact and is there differnt recipes for differnt level artifacts ?

Recipes do not matter based on the level of the artifact only based on where it is worn. Specifically, a rune word for a helmet only works on helmets, but doesn't matter which level they are. The rune word must be put on all at once and must contain the exact right runes to make the word. If you want to figure out words that already exist you can check the tavern and when you see higher level players with heroes in the tavern check their artifacts and you can see the words they use.
