How many troops do you have to have to take a Stoneheng ?

Varies. They can get up to 2 assistances which will require quite a few more troops and bonuses to be able to defeat. The rarer the rune the more troops that will be there and also assist. Always vision in the last 7.5 minutes to determine if there is additional assistance showing up. You can always get a spy report of one with 2 assistances and use the in game calculator to see if you can beat them in the future. You can always adjust those numbers as well, or get a spy report of each type of rune.
