Wtfviktr has been banned numerous times and despite complaints is continually allowed back into the game. I have been wondering why Admin treat this account so specially and here perhaps is the answer:

I heard a rumour that Wtfviktr recently jumped up in the ratings, possibly after a what may have been a staged battle with Valik? I wonder why Wtfvictr's clan Phoenix is "at war" with Vik Clan? Smells fishy.
