Please ask the Developer to consider offering an additional hero to players.
Now that we have barracks underground it would be really useful to have one more hero. It would also add something new to the game which is evolving.

I think it must be careful decision to add one more hero. Of course, everyone would benefit from another hero... but it also reduces the decisions players make in choosing what their heroes should do.
As it currently stands, there is a feeling of just barely not having enough heroes to do everything one would like to... which forces different playstyles.
The other end of this, is to let everyone have all the heroes they desire, then everyone plays the same way because they all have the heroes to do everything optimally.
This also in a weird and terrible way, can help the cheaters with multis even more. Hate that it might, but is the truth sadly.
More heroes to idle with enhanced explorations on multis covering more of the map.

My solution proposal would be that if another hero is granted, new classes and/or hero type must be introduced at the same time. Something else which adds more options that will recreate that environment where we as players now have more heroes, but still not as many as we would like to cover all the ("best") options for heroes and classes. I think this is important.

It is a sad day when a cash paying player cant suggest a simple thing like introducing a new hero as the game evolves without the Russian Syndicate being mentioned as a possible excuse not to. I suspect sometimes that AI is being used to reply to raise different pro and cons.
