The Russian Syndicate and Admin protection

Since I started playing it has been obvious that the Russian Syndicate controlled by Jackslater and half a dozen players operating literally dozens of illegal multi accounts has been afforded remarkable protection from Admin prompting me to conclude that they are protected by Admin. More so by the Moderator. I suspect that the player Hexxus when previously a moderator was covering up for the Russian Syndicate . I believe the current Moderator Arbash or FJCH may be an actual player in the Russian Syndicate. No wonder we keep seeing the familiar response "The Player has been checked, no suspicious activities detected"!

What a perfect set up? Our complaints are handled and turned down by the Russian Syndicate!!

In a recent twin attack against Valik272 and Tumaleks; Tumaleks responded by sending me a spam and casting a spell to mitigate damage in his pit but rather oddly did not remove his hero or troops which were then killed. Bit odd don't you think? Almost like someone else accessing his account. Admin however cant find any suspicious activities even I outlined these anomalies to them and provided vision and attack reports.

Looks like yet another cover up.

There is a difference between Admin and a Forum Moderator.
I was for some time designated as a Forum Moderator. That means moderating this message board, not the game.
Since there is little-to-no forum activity... my Forum Moderator status was revoked, years back now.

I am also unsure how players get "Warning Banned" so many times without the permanent bans that are supposedly promised.
Permanent ban botters, unsure what excuse is being given every time a temporary ban is issued for these botters.

Talking about administration protecting cheaters and cheating of the game which is not their job, but opposite, this is their answer of cutting ban of russian multi account viskas:

So, multi account viskas promised not to do it anymore and he will be unbanned, even he was banned forever, like his multi account server (and we all know those are not 2 accounts using each other but the third one).

So, two questions: how does that promise sounds, like "i wont do it, i promise" or something else. And second, does that mean that one of the main cheaters dmitriychmelev couldnt promise he wont do it again or what?!

I dont expect any reasobanle answer of course.

Half of them were banned for using bot in this game, and the other half just didnt couth redhanded. i can name 2 accounts not using cheats there, all others are just cancer of this game which will kill this server very soon.

It is absolutely nonsense letting banned players come back into the game.

What Admin is doing is helping the cheating Russian Syndicate. By doing this the Russian Syndicate doesn't have to make up any new account names or passwords......keeping all these banned players is absolutely crazy. Admin is part of the problem. Not doing the right thing. Helping cheats.

Admin is supposed to help all players in the game; not be complicit in criminal activities. I wonder if it is Russian staff of Elyland LLC, the game developer, playing these multi accounts.

One wouldn't continue to play Blackjack with players who are later found out to have been cheating and winning money (stealing money from honest players), simply because those players have, "promised not to cheat anymore, (they swear!) "
Not to mention letting them "compete" in "tournaments" for said Blackjack. Makes no sense to any parties involved. In fact, casinos are extremely sharp to remove cheaters. Game Admin should be too.
Maybe your cheaters are paying money to the game, "justifying" their continued presence, but I would argue that many more honest players would happily spend into the game if they knew it would be worth it or at the very least, feel meaningful to themselves. As of now, spending into the game is rather meaningless because of how much the cheating outweighs and outvalues any purchased gems.


If nothing else can be implemented to address cheaters and Admin will continue to let them play indefinitely ... at the VERY least, known cheaters should be banned from competing in ALL game tournaments.
Annoyingly to honest players, cheaters would still be able to play the game, but they cannot score or find any game pieces during Flag Tournament, Royal Flag Tournament, and Treasure Hunt Tournament. It's the least Admin can do.
