Hello,
I am wondering about the specifics of percentages working on numbers like combat stats. For example, if one has +1% health, is that actually doing anything or is it effectively nothing? Is it rounded?
How much health will a max level flying troop have with a bonus like +1%?
With 60 base health and +1%, will he have 60.6 health? Will it round to 61? Or will it not even have a tangible effect, perhaps under the condition that it much reach a whole number, and thus still be 60?

Re: Question on Numbers/Percentages
My guess is that it is rounded down after multiplying it with the size of the army. At least thats what those calculators seem to do...
So 1 unit with +1% has 60hp while 10 units will have total 606hp instead of 600.
