If a player casts any spell from scroll or artifact where, "In case of victory, casts upon the domain: cottages are not working" it disables the population growth provided by cottages, but the cottages still provide housing for population... this seems like the spell only does half of its job...
When warehouses are disabled they no longer protect from spoilage AND they also do not store resources anymore.
I suggest that cottages disabling be changed to do the same so that when a cottage is disabled it no longer provides living spaces for population for the duration.
This would make the effect much more practical to use since currently it will turn off cottage growth, but have almost no effect on current population which doesn't really make sense -- if your house is disabled you shouldn't still be able to live in it.

And as it broke there was one
