I did not receive it
another quest that I did not recevei yet, is that quest for 99% enemy troups not fight- in batle against monster race
mots a mots translate, it would name ,,animal horror", but I am not sure
that quests are not on this server, or the conditions to receive it are different than other servers?

Not sure about when the Instant Alchemy 2 appears, but Animal Fear (99% monster fear) appears periodically along with Monster Domination quest (+50% attack/defense vs monster for 7 days)

I received and I paid monster domination quest, 2 may be 3 week ago
I must use it? I would prefere to keep it for stronger stonhenges
but not animal fear too
it isnt possible to had and not pay it, because I work for 200 quest and I pay all the quest that I receive

That is a sticky situation with the quest failure limit, I understand, I've been through that (finished now).
Now I can fail any and it doesn't really matter.

As for which ones you can fail, I am fairly certain the quest will tell you if it counts towards failure or not. Some that come back repeatedly do not cause failure when their time limits are reached, but do count towards completing quests for the goal.

To be safe, I'd just complete them all until you can be done and get your reward from the big quest.
(Or don't check your quest log for a while until you're ready!)

This quest pops up on Suzerain right after hero reaches lvl 15.
Also it appears as complete if player finished studying alchemy1 before hero reached lvl 15, so it might be good to check in unclaimed rewards too. Hope this helps!

I received that quest when my hero riched lvl 25, on other server, but not here

2) I need ,,animal fear" . dilbir stress my with offerts to reveal me the position of stonehenge, I have 3 or 4 reward like that and I cant take it because, is would be strong stonehenge, I cant hunting now
