is there an artefact that will block explorers in all a players domains or can that only be done with a scroll?

Not aware of one that will block in any domain other than the one you attack while wearing it.

as for the scroll, there is one to limit the range a player can explore, but i do not think there is one to block them being able to explore in all domains.

Thanks for the artefact info McFarlin. had looked through them but there are so many thought maybe I might have missed one that would work on all domains. and now that you mention it realize I was wrong about the scroll, it does only limit the explorers area. which of course would be annoying but since we can't buy the scroll all the time is not all that helpful

There is the Master Explorer's helmet.
It blocks explorers when you victory upon the domain.
There is a scroll that does the same thing (though one time use).

There is also a scroll that shuts off explorers just from spell cast (no need for victory), but it is much less duration.

Then there is the scroll that reduces explorer range which is effective in a different way.

There is no scroll thus far to disable ALL explorers from ALL domains of a player.
There is however, a random negative event where a player's explorers shut down for a day.
