Can be cast on any Neutral/Monster Domain within 3 kingdoms
Allows caster to receive notifications via mail if the Domain is under attack, is spied or is visioned.

Thoughts?

I would say it would be useful to cast on your own domains as well as allies. Can protect your lake or grail or ally. Definitely worthwhile.

Interesting -- it would have to be visible on the domain in the spells area, like the Trap spell is, which would allow the person spying to see that another player is watching the domain via this spell. I don't see much difference between receiving the email and spying/visioning for self instead. Both require you to come into the game and check essentially the same thing. However this might also prove too strong of a counter to Invisibility unless that is an exception.

I get the impression you'd like this for camp trapping ideas?

There is another spell for this part already called Patrol, Scout class heroes have it.
