Can you please show me the rule that says a player MUST deliver a story to this forum upon the destruction of a Level seven Ruin?

I am not trying to be rude here, but if you are trying to make a case for something, and we all know what that case is.
But if this is your goal, you are not helping your case any by posting show me the story in this forum every time you can.

A player does not have to deliver a story, but then they will fail the timed quest that appears once one destroys an arch ruin. The player is still awarded all gems from the ruin -- it is just the reward of a tier 4 artifact for writing a story that has 90 days to complete.

I am not sure why you (Elyssar, Marksman, et. all) keep trying to point out that Tiger's story has not been completed as if that is some violation.
1) Tiger still has time remaining to complete his story
2) Did you even know the duration (90 days) and have you counted even 60 days (the number you gave) since his Arch Ruin hit? If you haven't, then what are you even saying? (Who looks like a fool?)
3) If Tiger does not complete his story, then he will lose out on his t4 artifact, not the gems or anything else and it would be his own choice. Not sure what the issue is that is trying to be asserted.

It looks like you forgot how it works like you did not play on the UK server
or US and UK are quite different to the US does not need a story and the UK needs it

You get the BG straight away just the same as any ruin.

The reward is the Artifact given for writing and sharing a great story about it.



For a guy who plays on two accounts here you would think you would know how the game works a little better.


As for me playing on the UK server, you know who i was there and know the truth, now your just sounding more and more silly with every post.
