My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

Allow players to attack players of lower rank if they are attacking them or have attacked them within the last 24 hrs, similar to how the temple works. This would help to prevent low rank players from spamming without risk.

As long as the 4* and below don't attack any 5* then they are completely safe.

What a GREAT idea. Might also cut down on all the multies operated by CCCP and RIP.

They use multies because they are cowards and don't want to send themselves.
