My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

I can't figure out how to make it work again... Is it going to show me how to sometime in the quests?

1. If you don't have space in warehouses - woodcutter cabin doesn't work. Then just go to main building and change capacity.

2. It is possible that there are no people to work. Then you need to enter woodcutter cabin and drag counter people to fill building to the end
