My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I bought 253stone and pd 1012 gold. The gold went right away and when my letter said the stone arrived - IT DID NOT. Im not happy!

1. You buy stone
2. Gold disappears and merchant goes on mission
3. Merchmant reaches his destination and comes to you message that you bought stone
4. Merchant returns with stone

This is whole process of buying. Pretty logical

Im talking after my merchant has gone on his mission and I had received the letter saying resources received by me. And sorry, it was not stone, it was iron. I thought maybe this was an accident and tried again. SAME THING. Again I got the letter saying resources received and merchant is now returning but, every time I buy iron - nothing. It works when I buy trees, wheat or stone but, not when I buy iron. I have been having odd little glitches like this so I sent a letter to the top guys. I hope they can help. I really do like playing this game.

And you are right, the steps to buying are pretty simple. There shouldn't be any issues. Thanks for your help though, I really appreciate it.

You intrigued me. I haven't met that case as yours yet. I wonder what is causing this error. Let me know if you find out.

There is NO LETTER "received resources". Once something is bought, you get a message "Something has been bought". However for this something to be delivered into your city takes the time for the merchant to return home from the buying place.

I almost scared that I don't understand something in this game. But I was right Point for Allen

I am new so I am not sure if this could be it - do you have room in your storage for the goods you are buying?

@ Arbash, not being smart, im sorry that I did not word it exactly. I didn't realize it made such a difference. You do not need to shout.

To everyone else. I have been buying now for a while. I did have some glitches early on that have stopped with no explanation. It only happened when I bought the iron. I would buy the iron, my merchants would go out, I would rec the letter and they would return and I would get nothing. I had plenty of room. It happened 3 times and then it stopped and it now working properly. I know how it is supposed to work, that is why I asked if anyone else had the issue.

anyway issue resolved, lets just play a great game everyone.
