Hello my friend "matias" got banned for a day because he typed a message saying "please dont atack the gold mine its in my possession" in foreign language (to player of same alliance who he considered to be same nationality)

I think there should be some punishment but after you repeatedly break the rule

And then there is this

Only English language is allowed in the Game. Since a clan can`t be renamed, you will have to dissolve it. Otherwise you will be banned.

I consider a guild name or city name a mere banality so Im shocked you want to ban us for it. For example if there is player "sergey153456" will you ban him for it too?

I found this game a week~ ago and I tried it on czech server. The server there is running for a year thus I chose this one to have same chances as other players. I say this because it feels like you are trying to drive us away.

These rule may appear harsh, nonetheless it must be followed. We provide this game in nearly 20 different languages and feel like each community is more comfortable with its own language.

Really?? Banning for use of non-English language...my god!

I currently play on the croatian server and if I'd been threatened with a ban for not using croatian I'd be in serious trouble as a I can't speak Croatian and google translate is a bit shoddy...

...the problem with the croatian server is, in fact, when you hit suzerain all the scrolls are in croatian so its guess work half the time working out what the bonuses are for

That being said 'Rules is Rules' as my Armenian Grandmother once told me...in English of course...
