I do have a question. Would like to know if there is a way to transfer resources to my clan member. the same way to transfer to my own cities or no.. Or is there no way to transfer to members.?

You can not transfer resourse to other, you can sell in the market and he has to buy from you.
Other way is to give to him from clan's warehouse.
