30 hours to upgrade from level 4 to level 5? That's ridiculous. I understand it for maybe level 15 or something. Do any non-billionaires play this game? Everything about it is aimed at taking people's money, not about having fun.

There is no level 15. Nothing can go higher than level 7. Or level 8 if you think perfect buildings as level 8.
30 hours is not that long. There are even longer upgrades. A week for instance.
Anyway, if you don't like the game, just leave it. No one forces you to play.
