Artefacts

I have the Ring of Friendship Level 2. I have it on my hero. There are a number of effects but only the top one works. How do you unlock all the other effects?

The locked effects belong to the set, not the artefact. Each artefact is part of a set. The set effects work only if you have the complete set on your hero, so you will need 9 different pieces of artefacts.
