King Australian attacked my city 49 minutes after the gate was closed. He must have scaled the walls to get inside and killed off some of my carriers who were not in the sanctuary.

I need to know how to repel attackers once my gates are closed?

It`s impossible. Once the gate is closed, nobody can attack. Please, forward the battle report to me in-game and we will check the matter.
