Money withdrawl from US server not available?

I learned from Kifup's post that money can't be withdrawn from the US server. Is that true? Do we have a list where can and can't withdraw money?

Yes that is true, CANT withdral from US server,
and as far as i know from Greece too.

There is no withdrawal on the servers of Greece, Australia, and the USA. Players from CIS-countries can`t withdraw other than from CIS-servers. Al of this is explicitly mentioned in the User Agreement you agreed to when signing up.

how come game like goldentown let US withdrawl even it's against law and website still stay for 3+ years
