Very interesting...
How long has this been in the works! I suddenly see this pop-up out of nowhere!
The date range to accept photos seems shorter in reality than it mentions in the rules.

This is what I was mentioning. That's what gave me the impression that this was something brewing for a while now, but it appeared so suddenly!
