Black Gems/Local Service Misapplied

I wanted population growth in cottages in one city and it mistakenly applied it to another city. I want to be reimbursed for the 49 Black Gems. My player name is RuldaenG.

since it's not a bug but just a missclick , take a better care next time

This is the most unfriendly game for missclicks I ever heard of...

Here's something that was said in another post similar to this one about a miss-click:

An attempt to solve this would be to transport villagers to the city you had originally intended while the city you accidentally increased population growth to will still use the bonus...
It's not a perfect fix, but can still help band-aid your situation.
