STONE PURCHASE

I dont understand what im doing wrong. Please help!
I have my market and merchant guild bought and my merchant is trained. I have plenty of money to buy stone but, I am not being given the option to buy. I thought that my gate needed opened but now it is and I still can not buy.
HELP!

Objective: purchase Stone at the Market
Hint: In order to purchase at the Market a Merchant Guild has to be built and at least one Merchant has to be trained. The quest will be completed upon the delivery of Stone to your domain. )
