Does the +50% mission speed still apply when not attacking the enemy faction?

Hi! Not exactly, those 50 apply only if you have an incoming attack from a player of enemy faction. In this case his attack will be stalled by 50 %. Everything displayed RED influences not you, but your enemy. Green color indicates the effect will be working on you.

Arbash, are you sure this is correct...?

Most boots that slow down enemy say for example:

Incoming attacks speed +100%

This format slows down enemy incoming, yet it is green.
This is a fact because I have boots that do this and when people attack it slows them down.

The +50% on the Avenger boots ( and the +40% on Assaulter/Armored Warrior boots ) would seem to slow down your own hero's squad mission as a drawback of sorts for having strong stats, isn't this the case?
And again -- if so, does this apply to you when you aren't hitting the enemy faction?

They read:

Hero's squad mission duration -40%

This would imply they take 40% off of your mission duration AKA speeding up your hero by 40%.

It turns out, that green is everything good for you and red is everything bad for you

So the boots do slow yourself down then?

How about my original question then-- When attacking someone of the same faction, will the Revenge Sabatons still slow you down?

yes, the Revenge Sabatons will slow down your mission by 50 %.
