I have a problem. The ratio wheel in the main building has the little buttons to click on to move the ratios around for the different resources, well mine are all clumped together because I had to make some of the resources areas so small compared to others and now I cant get them apart and change them again. Any suggestions?

Build more warehouses. 
Also next time you are reallocating, if you don't hit apply then you can redo it if you click off the main building.
