Why is it allowed to have the same player attack me twice every day?
I'm having this player repeatedly attack my new city every day. He's lower ranked than me so I can't do anything to stop it. Every day. There should be a waiting period at least.

Well.. So build some Tower and Fortification or ask help from your allys..
If you are not strong enough kill some of your troops rank down your self.

Most people would complain about the restriction of the 2 attack limit on a domain per day.
This is here to actually protect you or else he'd attack you way more...
Build more defense or counterspies to really deter him and stop wondering why you're getting hit.
Or if you don't want to do that, CLOSE YOUR GATE.
Sometimes people know the solution to their problem's, they just don't want to begin the remedy.
Like leaving your fridge open and wondering why all your food is spoiling. Close the door...
