My Lands: Black Gem Hunting

I have a quest to research the science of carriers, which I did, and then build the building and train 100 carriers.
I know I am new to this game but I cant figure out which building to build in order to train them.
Plz help.

This is first building in military tab. For elves Dwarf Cave
It costs 500 gold and 1000 wood
