Virtual mentors!

At the start of exsistence of each server it is impossible to find a mentor. It's easy to understand - noone has 5 rank.
It will be good to add a virtual mentor that can introduce all the players.
If you won't find mentor in 3 days they should be sent auto ask from server. The virtual mentor automatic sent raports prepared before and resources randmly. There are also messages with advices how to play and build your cities. In this way everyone can have a mentor even if there are no players with suzeren rank
