The quest that offers this as a reward is dumb. It only targets those that are premium members, but free to play members lose the shot at this gift after they fail 6 quests, which happens to be timed quests that require you to pay for the game, if you want that gift. What do you mean I don't have to become a premium customer to complete those quests? Do I have to "Buy" black gems to complete the timed quests? Oh I see, you're saying that I can buy black gems from the market...hmmm, interesting...wait, you're bluffing...I have to buy the black gems from some other source oter then the market, since this quest is offered so early in the game, I lose the opportunity to gain access to this precious gift. In order to buy these items from the market, I have to have no less then 10mil points to gain access to the auction portion of the market...which would mean I (or any of the F2P customers) would have to become a premium customer to "Buy" black gems to complete the quests that terminate the quest "Complete 150 quests in a row" and all other timed quests that cause it to fail because you cant afford to "Buy" black gems, which make it very prejudice against F2P customers...I don't have a question, I just want to point out this flaw to administration!

Black Gems are also found in Ruins, the neutral cities of the monsters...
A central part of the game is searching for, finding, and destroying ruins for their loot.
Their loot goes up as their level goes up and there is always at least 1 black gem in any given ruin, no matter the level.
Though you do have your points, I have to explain to you that it IS possible to obtain this helmet with no real money spent. Although extremely difficult and would require much patience, it is for sure possible.
If you do not check your quest log, the timers cannot begin to count down. So technically it is possible to progress to a higher ranking and accumulate a good stash of gems before completing the quests.
While I'm not saying this game doesn't have any Pay-To-Win elements, the fact is it may be skewed, but it is possible.
