You're not gonna get very significant answers because the counter-question is always simply, " Why not? "
As long as a player speaks the language of the server and obeys the basic rules then there's no reason to not let them play on a server.

Players from many different countries probably play here. I'm inclined to believe the majority of the server isn't even US...
Like these Turks who have come from the Turkish server to "take over" this server and multi-box everywhere.

It can't be helped I suppose..
