Need Mentor

I am in need of a mentor but cant figure out how to ask in game any help would be appreciated. If i dont get some help soon i will quit the game.

You can ask for mentor only before you upgrade your main building to lvl 5,
asking is quite easy, just find a 5* player ( you can see the stars just by pointing on his castle) anywhere on the map,
it would be easier if he is near you, so
point at his castle and you will see an envelope icon, just click it and send him a message -that you want him to be your mentor.

You can message several persons to increase the chance.

Also mentors can add you, without you asking them.
