It has been 2 weeks since my account was banned for botting. I have been emailing support, but I am being completely ignored.

I honestly do not understand how this happened: first, I received a 3-day ban, and then a week later, it was turned into a permanent ban. What exactly did I violate to deserve such harsh measures?

Meanwhile, the player 'manticora' was banned for 3 days twice, and after their first ban, the administration refused to accept any more reports against them, replying with 'no violation found'. It seems some players are allowed to break the rules while others are not. What kind of privileged accounts are these?
