Ruin manager

Now with hunter hero there are way more ruins handle. First thing to add would be displaying the ruin limit counter so one can plan ahead with hunters spell or just when to kill ruins. Figuring out the number manually would requiring checking all battle reports of the last 24h every time one wants to know it...

Also the ruins are now from more different sources which make it harder to keep track where they are. So i suggest a window that displays your info about ruins (would fit to be a premium feature). It could list all ruins you know and can attack, maybe lets note stuff on each or automatically adds data from spy or vision the player did.
No more clicking through all kingdoms or pages of messages.

Finally some more stats would be great: mentioned ruin limit, killed ruins last 24h, gold/bg robbed & more
