Can I move buildings in my city?

Can I move buildings in my city?

Is there a way to move buildings around in my city without deleting them and re-building them?

Yep. In main building in the city is option: 'reorder buildings'. But it costs a few pearls :)
If I don't answer on your question it means that I don't understand it.
So either my English isn't that good either question doesn't make sense.
