Grid numbers seem off- why?

#1 Post by Bleep »

I look back at my commander messages and attempt to revist a site but the grid numbers given are not correct. Most are correct, but some are not correct. In fact i got alert that a robbery attempt is heading my way... but the grid origin is wrong.

Anyone know what my issue may be?

Also, I am a newer player and I have protection of the ancients, but I am still able to get robbed? I understood that as meaning I could not be attacked for 60 days or something. Am I wrong there?

Turns out the robbery attempt was by ruins monsters. I am exploring the grid now to see if there are ruins there. But I do have other instances of grid numbers still off.

Protection of the ancients just sends the troops to your city. You can still have attacks sent against you - though since you are low level any attack that is sent will probably be destroyed by the ancients army. Also, if you have more than one city they are only sent to your capital. your other cities may be attacked and won't have that protection.

I haven't ever seen that the grid numbers are incorrect on reports before. Not sure how that could happen. Ruins that you haven't explored yet won't show up even if they attack you, you still have to send an explorer there to find the ruin.
