Multiboxing
I've read through the forums and saw that some people were banned for multiboxing. What is that? Multiple accounts by the same person or something?

multi-boxing (it is forbidden to have more than one character on one server, more than two people to play from one computer on one server, to unveil your password to other players; a user can have only one account in the Game, multiple accounts of a sole user can be banned anytime at discretion of the Right Holder

i often see ppl not getting permanently ban for multiboxing and some ppl getting perma ban .

Sometimes players are caught multi-boxing but have explained their situation and it has been determined to be special cases where only 'warning' bans are placed which are temporary.
