Если Вы оплачивали с портала, то Вам пришли не ЧЖ, а ML$.\\
Чтобы конвертировать ML$ в ЧЖ, в окне выбора сервера откройте для того
сервера, которого хотите, нижнюю панельку,
там выберите "Ввести ЧЖ на сервер", и конвертируйте. Конвертация
происходит по курсу 1ML$ = 100ЧЖ, без комиссий и процентов.\\

The in-game currency is – the Black Gems on servers, and the ML$ - on the Portal. 1ML$ = 100 BG.
If you paid from the Portal Window, you will receive ML$ that can be found on the Portal.\\
In order to exchange ML$ for the Black Gems (and so – transfer funds to a server), in the Portal Window open the lower panel for the server you want by clicking the small grey arrow-down button. In the panel, click the Black Gem icon of the “BG transfer” button. In the pop-up window you will be able to transfer the ML$ from the Portal to the Black Gems on the chosen Server without commission or interest.\\
