I had to ask support for this. They need to make it more visible.

Theres a small question mark right next to the password box. Click it. That will take you to pwreset window. After thats its pretty easy.

Visit the login page and click I’ve forgotten my password

u write administer and they will want some things and then u can exchange ur password
